Within 2 hours during working hours. Mon-Wed 9:00-18:00, Thu-Sat 12:00-20:00 Swiss time. Message us at 3am on a Sunday? We'll pick it up Monday morning and you'll have an answer before lunch.

24 hours is ideal. But we handle same-day and last-minute requests regularly. Sometimes the best nights are the unplanned ones. Don't even know where you want to go? Just tell us the occasion and the group size. We'll pick the perfect spot. The earlier you message, the better the table.

You pay upfront. That's how we start working immediately. We pick up the phone, call the venue, and work to get you in. If we can't secure your spot, you get a full refund. Every cent, no questions asked. You're never paying for something that didn't happen.

CHF 200 gets you 3 requests across any category, a chalet booking, a mountain lunch, and a surprise evening for two, for example. Use them however you want within 30 days. One message handles all three, and every request gets priority handling.

They're valid for 30 days from purchase. After that, unused requests expire. No extensions, no transfers. Our advice: book as soon as you have dates. Even rough dates help us start working.

If we can't get you in, you get a full refund immediately. No questions, no hassle. We'll suggest an alternative that's just as good before we go the refund route. Once your reservation is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable. By that point we've made the calls, done the work, and your seat is held.

Time changes? Usually yes, if the venue has the slot. Switching to a different venue entirely is a new request. Pro tip: tell us your first choice and a backup when you submit. It gives us more to work with.

Three things: arrive on time (mountain venues especially, sunset waits for no one), dress for the weather (Switzerland swings 20 degrees between valley and peak), and if you're not sure about anything, ask us. The venue always has final say on entry and seating, but we'll make sure you show up prepared.
